Odom Media Management is an independently-owned literary agency operated by women of color. We specialize in voices and stories that have been historically hushed, with a focus on collective liberation via the written word and the dissemination of forward-thinking ideas.

We believe in the power of knowledge, the power of the people, and the power of creativity, curiosity, and collaboration as an engine for necessary change. We care about serious things but we’re not a serious bunch, and we are grounded by the principles of integrity, advocacy, transparency, and partnership. 

OMM represents authors and illustrators who share in and embody this vision and worldview through their creative work and platform.
